Beautiful and cheerful house in San Juan de los Terreros, Andalusia, Spain with communal pool for 4 persons. The house is situated in a beach resort, in a residential and mountainous beach area, close to shops and supermarkets and at 100 m from the beach.

The house itself is on 3 levels. The entrance via a courtyard with dining suite/parsasol etc. is in sunshine in the morning. Plenty of parking is directly at  the front on the quiet private road (with an electronic security barrier)  At the far end of the road is a large children's play area and just outside the house round the corner (literally one minute's walk!) is a lovely pool area open from July to the end of September . The house is a couple of minutes easy walk from the restaurants, chiringuitos, two supermarkets, and 5 minute level walk to the glorious golden beaches. . An excellent location.

The front courtyard

This has plenty of space with a modern glass topped dining table, parasol, 4 comfortable chairs and outdoor lighting.  Privacy screening is available and 3 large planters are serviced by an automatic irrigation system.There is also a section for our 3 beautiful aloe vera pants which are maturing nicely! 

The comfortable living room is fully air conditioned and has an additional remote controlled modern ceiling light with fan. There is a large nubuck corner sofa with cushions and throws, perfect for relaxing, facing the 55 inch Samsung HD Smart TV with access to Spanish channels and European TV (via the internet plus apps for Netflix Amazon Prime). There is a coffee table, standard lamp and display cabinet.

The living room has a modern extendable Dining Table and 4 Chairs.

Also on the ground floor is an excellent WC/Shower room with a good sized walk in shower. Perfect for return trips from the beach when you don't want to walk through the whole house to freshen up!  

The rear courtyard houses the washing machine and an excellent electric water heater that is large enough to ensure there is plenty of hot water for the whole house. We also use this area for the clothes airer (there is an iron and ironing board in the house) We also use this as an additional quiet area to occasionally sit in! It is also a useful space to store any beach equipment/chairs etc. during your stay. 

To the front of the property is the master bedroom with a substantial comfortable memory foam double bed. (All bed linen is provided and laundered between stays by our agents in San Juan). This room is both Air conditioned and has a remote controlled ceiling fan/light. There is plenty of storage in the large built in wardrobes,(We have reserved the small top section for our belongings) and there are two bedside cabinets and lights.  The master bedroom also has a small wall mounted Smart TV. 

To the rear the excellent Second bedroom also has Air Conditioning, Remote controlled ceiling fan/light. Two single beds, bedside cabinet and lamp and another good sized  wardrobe .  

Situated off the landing between the two bedrooms is the generous well appointed main bathroom. This has been completely retiled and refurbished for 2024  It has WC, bidet, sink, bath with shower above and automatic extractor fan There is also a unit for you to store your bathroom essentials. 

The 3rd and top floor is the Solarium which enjoys sunshine throughout the day.  There are views across the bay to the sea at Mar Rabiosa (just a 5 minute stroll from the house) and Mar Serena and beyond, across the town and to the mountains. On the roof we have another glass topped dining table, 4 dining chairs and 2 reclining lounger chairs to make the most of this space both in the day and the evening. There is an outside tap here and we have installed additional lighting to ensure it is well lit in the evening.

Important information you need to know!

As a rule, you can arrive and depart on any day of the week. The check-in time on the arrival date is from 16:00 and the check-out time on the departure date is before 09:30 in the morning. In some accommodations, there may be a mandatory arrival and departure date, which can be seen on the availability calendar by the blue-colored days. The facilities and equipment of the accommodation are based on the maximum number of people allowed in the accommodation. It is not allowed to occupy the accommodation with more than the indicated number of people.

Explanation of mandatory and optional supplements:
